Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are expected to be processed within 3 business days. Some shipments depending on the product type will be eligible for weekend shipping. If experiencing a high volume of orders we will work to notify you of any delays or changes that may occur as a result of that.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We can ship to any domestic USA addresses including P.O. boxes or APO/FPO.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive confirmation soon after your order has processed and is ready to ship.

Damages

PK Rez LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship internationally.

Returns Policy

Only returns from the United States will be accepted. If you ship it from abroad, and we do not receive the item, we are not liable for the cost of the item nor can we be held responsible. Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. Any requests made outside of this window will not be honored. To start the return process, simply contact us at info@pkrez.com with the appropriate information such as your reason for returning. If you would like to make an exchange, for a replacement unit, please state that as well. We will provide you further instructions upon receipt of your email. Buyer will be responsible for cost of shipping, unless otherwise stated. Refunds can be expected to process within 1-2 weeks.

 

Shipping quotes are estimated time frames that we expect to abide by. However, due to the COVID-19 (i.e., coronavirus) outbreak, many couriers such as FedEx, DHL, UPS etc have seen slightly longer times.
